1 1/2 oz Grand Marnier, 1 1/2 oz Rhubarb extract, 1/2 oz Apple cider, 3/4 oz Perrier, 4 Basil leaves. In a mixing glass add apple cider and basil leaves and muddle lightly. Add rhubarb extract, Grand Marnier and ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a Collins glass. Top with Perrier and garnish with a stalk of rhubarb and a basil leaf.
