Shochu Berry Tea
2 oz Shochu, 1 oz Brewed Green tea, 1 oz fresh pressed cranberry juice, 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice, 3/4 oz honey syrup. Pour ingredients one at a time into a tall mixing glass. Fill mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice into a Highball or Collins glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and fresh berries.
