2 oz Tanqueray, 1/2 oz ginger syrup, 1/2 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz honey syrup, Cilantro. Put Cilantro in a tall mixing glass. Add other ingredients one at a time into the glass. Fill mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a pre-chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a Cilantro sprig.
