1 3/4 oz Absolut Peppar, 1 3/4 oz fresh Bloody Mary Mix*, 3 basil leaves. *For the Bloody Mary mix, Combine tomato juice, squeeze of lemon juice, pinch of black pepper, pinch of white pepper, pinch of salt, dash of Tabasco, dash of green Tabasco, and 3 dashes Worcestershire. Muddle basil leaves in mixing glass, add Peppar and bloody mary mix. Fill mixing glass with ice and “roll” mixture from shaker to shaker (or shake gently). Strain mixture into martini glass rimmed with parmesean cheese. Top with chopped basil.
