1 3/4 oz Nonino Grappa, 1/2 oz Grand Marnier, 2 oz Pomegranate-tangerine jice, 3/4 oz fresh lime juice, 1/2 oz simple syrup. Pour ingredients one at a time into a tall mixing glass. Fill mixing glass with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
