1 1/2 oz El maestro Sierra Oloroso 15yrs, 1/2 oz Haymans Old Tom Gin, 1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, 1/2 oz Cynar, 2 dashes Bitter Truth Celery Bitters, 2 slices English Cucumber (for stirring), 1 slice English Cucumber (for garnishing). To make this drink, combine all ingredients, including the 2 slices of cucumber, in a glass stirring pitcher. Stir over ice for 30-45 seconds, depending on how dense your ice is (if it is bigger and more dense, stir longer). Strain stirred and chilled cocktail into a highball glass filled with one large cube of ice. Take the one garnish slice of English cucumber and rim the lip of the glass so that the cucumber essence is on the glass's rim. Lay cucumber on top of the ice cube to garnish.
