Perfect Lepanto
1 1/2 oz Lepanto OV Oloroso Gran Reserva, 1 oz Lustau Emilin Sherry, 3/4 oz Lillet Blanc, 3/4 oz Lillet Rouge, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters , 2 dashes Regans Orange Bitters. Measure ingredients and pour into a mixing glass. Add ice to fill mixing glass. Use a long bar spoon and stir until a frost builds on the outside of the mixing glass. Should stir for about 30 seconds. Using a Hawthorne Strainer - strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish: Cut a nice sized long orange peel. Squeeze orange oils on top of drink.
