1 oz Sandeman Don Fino Sherry, 3/4 oz Don Julio Anejo Tequila, 3/4 oz Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth , 3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse, 1 Dash Angostura Orange Bitters. In a pre chilled mixing glass combine all ingredients, 3 cracked Kold Draft ice cubes and 2 whole Kold Draft ice cubes, and stir for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled 5.5oz coupe or cocktail glass, garnish with an orange zest*. *From a whole fresh orange cut an orange disc from the peel roughly 1.5 inches in diameter, express the oils from the disc on top of the cocktail, rub the disc skin side down around the lip of the glass, and finish by floating the disc on top of drink skin side up. **Cocktail by Mike Henderson of Colton & Gray in Denver; Finalist in the 2010 Sherry Cocktail Competition
